At The Bunnies Store, we want you to love your new fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel with all original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
